The most characteristic element of the landscape are the mountain meadows - trips through them are fun at any time of the year, thanks to the beautiful panoramas visible from the mountain ridges. It is them, in combination with local histories and monuments, that create the renowned climate of Bieszczady.
The Bieszczady Mountains, located in the Carpathians, abound in many tourist attractions. An inseparable element of the Bieszczady landscape are wooden churches, which hide unusual, often dramatic stories within their walls. In Zagórze, on the hill formerly known as Marymont, there are ruins of the church and the Monastery of the Discalced Carmelites. Small fragments of the paintings have survived to this day, but they are destroyed.
In Bieszczady you can also relax by the water. Solińskie Lake offers many attractions, including sailing, boating, canoeing or cruising.
